A town where the people in charge are child molesters
What if there were a town of only 78 000 people, where the Mayor, Priests, Pastors, Psychiatrist, Corporate Heads and the Sheriff were all sexually abusing children. Wouldn’t you find that odd? What is the statistical likelihood? Exactly that has happened and is still happening in Racine, Wisconsin.
No journalist has ever looked at these cases in a greater context, let alone made a connection between them. For there to be this many child abuse cases among the authorities or elite of Racine here would likely have to be an organized group effort. A cult. A gang. A ring.
The Mayor of Racine
In 2009 the widely the popular Mayor of Racine, Gary Becker, was arrested in a child-sex sting. Law enforcement found that he had been seeking sex with children.

Police also found child pornography on the Mayors computer. Becker pleaded guilty. He was exposed by regular citizens of Racine who were fixing his computer and found the child abuse material. They alerted the police, who referred the case to the Wisconsin Department of Justice, who made the arrest. Word about it spread quickly in the neighborhoods. If there had been no exposure by normal citizens, would he ever have faced Justice?
The Sheriff of Racine
In 2025, Racine County Deputy Sherrif Preston Kite was convicted for possession of child pornography, sexual exploitation of children, bestiality and filming himself raping children. He pleaded guilty and was sentenced to prison.

The Sheriffs arrest uncovered a larger pedophile ring involving other public officials who were also avid sex abusers. One of those was Adam Westbrook, head of the Human Resources Department in Outgamie County, Wisconsin. The two men were friends. How do such people occupy positions of authority?
The Priests and Pastors of Racine
In 2025 Bernabe Leon-Alvarez, beloved by the community, was convicted of sexual assault of a minor and child enticement. He was sentenced to prison.

Michael Benham, a Priest at St. John Nepomuk Parish (Racine) admitted to repeatedly raping an 11 year old boy and was defrocked in 2009.
So far I’ve listed only recent events. Let’s add examples of how “this kind of thing” goes back decades.
Eugene Kreuzer a Pastor at St. John the Baptist Parish (Town of Paris, near Racine County line); multiple allegations of abusing teenage boys over two decades.
Daniel Budzynski who served at St. Louis Catholic Church (Caledonia, Racine County area); admitted to an “unfortunate incident” with a young boy on a retreat; accused of abusing multiple boys aged 7–16 across assignments.
Raymond Adamsky, a pastor at St. Joseph’s Parish (Racine area) was accused of inappropriately touching at least six underage girls between 1961–1983.
Oswald Krusing who served at Holy Name Parish (Racine); accused of repeatedly molesting young girls in the late 1950s–early 1960s.
Teachers and Day Care Workers of Racine
In 2025 a 30 year old day care worker by the name of Crystal Lachman was arrested in Racine County and charged with possession of child pornography. It’s the most recent in a string of cases ranging back decades.
In 2017, Lance Stine, a day care driver in Racine, faced charges of first-degree child sexual assault.
In 2013 video footage of a Racine daycare center surfaced, upon which two daycare workers were charged with felony child abuse. In the video, a 2 year old toddler was being punched and kicked while the workers watched and recorded without intervening. After the incident became public, the day care center shut down.
Between 2020 and 2025 four other Day Care centers (other than the cases above) in Racine have had their licenses revoked. They were Moma Mia’s Loving Daycare, Home Sweet Home Family Daycare, Little Playmates Child Care and Belle City Learning Center. Licenses were revoked for a variety of criminal conduct. In 2018 a Racine resident was charged with public assistance fraud after receiving $27 000 in state funds for a fake child care facility.
In a town of only 78 000, that’s 7 Daycare centers involved in criminal activity, which is well beyond any statistical likelihood.
In 2025 Jamill Sanders, a teacher at 21st Century Preparatory School in Racine was charged and sentenced with sexual assault of a child.

Joseph Clazmer, the Math Teacher at Racine High School was charged with using a student in the production of child pornography.
In 2024, James Broetzmann, a Teacher at Prairie School Racine was arrested and charged with possession of child pornography.
The Psychiatrist of Racine

Quoting from the article:
“State and Winnebago County officials had to have been mortified in 1981 when the respected director of the Winnebago Mental Health Institute was busted in a Chicago suburb for molesting a young boy.
And when similar accusations against William T. Boerum began trickling in from Racine and Milwaukee counties, it really had to make state officials question the effectiveness of their applicant screening and hiring practices.
But imagine the soul-searching that took place when those officials learned in ensuing weeks that Boerum was not really who he claimed to be, that he never attended Cornell University, never obtained a master’s degree in business administration as he claimed, and was in no way qualified to run the 300-patient mental health center, one of the state’s three mental hospitals, that he’d been in charge of for a year”.
Authorities resist misconduct Investigations
The craziest part of this is that the authorities have been resisting misconduct investigations. You’d think they’d be eager to help put a stop to the abuse of children.
One newspaper, the Cap Times (Capital Times) of Madison, Wisconsin has done some reporting on this. They detail how schools, unions and even teachers obfuscated, resisted or charged high fees for public records on teacher child sex abuse, misconduct and child grooming.
For Racine the article states specifically:
- The district resisted providing records, citing that a search would be “too burdensome.”
- Officials later stated they could not provide records at all due to lacking resources to review the large volume of potential documents (per a letter from deputy chief of human resources Keri Hanstedt).
- Despite this, the reporters obtained some records showing examples of misconduct.
Another article from 2025 is titled “200 teacher sexual misconduct, grooming cases shielded from public“
Their investigation found that half of the school teachers investigated for sexual misconduct with children were able to continue their teaching job.

Mysterious Tunnels of Racine
Is Racine, Wisconsin the quiet unassuming town like any other? There are other signs that not all is what it seems. This, of course, doesn’t automatically mean there is a link to the child abuse aura of the town, but in light of the facts, it makes sense to look for signs of cultism and secrecy.
This is a Church on 716 College Avenue in Racine, Wisconsin.

If you look beneath it, you will find a subterranean railroad of unknown purpose. This kind of thing is more common than you think.

Officials claim that the tunnel was built to “free slaves”. They’ve turned it into a museum with guided tours to support exactly that claim.
