A few years ago I said the old Pavilions were stations that harvested atmospheric energy (free energy!).
People could go under them to recharge (“You are a battery” – Morpheus).
This old photo of unknown origin appears to show atmospheric energy interacting with the Pavilion. A woman is sitting inside it and seems to be holding a wand (maybe). Another woman seems to be kneeling in front of her.
Boy oh boy…have we ever forgotten stuff!
